No. LacColibita.ro is not the official website of a town hall, commune, public institution, local authority or public tourism organization.

The website is operated by ORTEOV COMPANY SRL as a private local information and promotion project.

Is the information always updated?

The platform is updated periodically, but final details about prices, availability, schedule, facilities or services must be confirmed directly with the listed operator.

Can I suggest a correction?

Yes. Send the page link, what needs correction and a source or confirmation. We verify and update where appropriate.

No. For accommodation and services offered by listed partners, payment is made directly to the owner/operator under their own conditions.

Are prices guaranteed?

No. Displayed or mentioned prices may be indicative. Final rate, availability and conditions are confirmed directly with the location operator.

What if I do not receive a reply from a stay?

Try calling, check contact details and look for alternatives in listings. The platform cannot require operators to confirm a request.

What should I ask before booking?

Ask about final price, deposit, cancellation, check-in/check-out, parking, heating, pets, lake access and extra fees.

The request helps send an inquiry to the platform/suitable partners, but it is not a confirmed booking.

What details should I provide?

Provide period, number of people, desired stay/activity type, indicative budget and correct contact details.

Do I receive a guaranteed offer?

No. Response depends on availability and local operator interest. The platform does not guarantee an offer or booking.

Can I ask for activity recommendations?

Yes, you can request local activity recommendations, but availability, schedule, price and safety are confirmed directly with the organizer.

Can I send photos for the gallery?

Yes, but only photos for which you have usage/publication rights and, if identifiable people appear, the required consent.

Can I copy photos from the site?

Not without permission. Photos, texts, logos and published materials are protected and should not be copied/republished without permission.

Who is responsible for submitted materials?

The person or entity submitting materials confirms they have publication rights and that provided information is correct.

What if I appear in a photo and disagree?

Send the image link and details to contact@laccolibita.ro. We will review the request and remove or adjust the material where appropriate.

How do I promote my location?

Use the Promotion or Add your location page. For paid promotion, terms are clearly agreed: price, duration, displayed content and responsibilities.

Does promotion guarantee customers or bookings?

No. Promotion provides visibility, but it does not guarantee bookings, sales, calls, Google positions, minimum traffic or exclusivity.

What should I send for listing?

Usually: name, description, category, contact details, location, photos and confirmation that you have the right to publish the materials.

Can I request changes to a listing?

Yes. The operator/owner may request updating or removing information after identity and representation rights are verified.

What does a local partner pay for?

Partners pay, where applicable, for listing/promotion services, not tourist bookings. Price and duration are agreed separately with clear commercial terms.

Can I support the project financially?

Yes, but the page is currently informational and there is no active online payment. Contact LacColibita.ro for details.

Is support a payment for accommodation?

No. Project support is not payment for accommodation, booking, restaurant, activity, travel package or listed partner service.

How else can I help without money?

You can send suggestions, photos with publication rights, recommendations of real places or share the platform with visitors and local operators.

What are contributions used for?

For maintenance, hosting, security, content, updates and development of useful features for visitors and partners.
