Consumers may consult public information from the National Authority for Consumer Protection and use the mechanisms made available by the authority where the matter falls within its competence.
2. Alternative dispute resolution - ADR
For potential disputes between consumers and traders, alternative dispute resolution may be used under the applicable legal framework.
3. Online dispute resolution - ODR
Where European or national online dispute-resolution mechanisms are available, consumers may consult them according to the instructions of competent authorities.
