2. Role of the LacColibita.ro platform

LacColibita.ro publishes indicative information about the Colibița area: accommodation, restaurants, activities, events, local businesses, partners, collaborators, guides and useful contacts.

3. Bookings, tourism services and listed operators

• The final booking, price, availability, service conditions and payment are agreed directly between the visitor and the listed operator.
• LacColibita.ro currently does not collect advance payments or payments from visitors for accommodation or partner services.
• Request forms have a contact/lead role and may be forwarded to the relevant partner so that they can reply directly.

4. Listings, informational profiles and promotion

LacColibita.ro may display informational profiles for businesses, locations, restaurants, activities or local services in the Colibița area when they are already publicly available online.

• Informational profiles are for information only, do not represent accounts created on behalf of those businesses and do not automatically confirm a commercial collaboration with the listed location.
• Representatives of listed locations may request correction, update or removal of an informational profile.
• The platform does not intentionally copy texts, photos, reviews or ratings from other platforms. Published data should remain minimal, useful and verifiable.
• Separately, businesses may request promotion on LacColibita.ro through the dedicated Promote your business page. Promotion is optional and does not condition the right to request correction, update or removal of an informational profile.
• Promotion, when confirmed separately, does not guarantee a minimum number of clients, bookings, sales, calls, messages, traffic, search-engine positions or category exclusivity.
• LacColibita.ro may refuse, suspend or remove incomplete, incorrect, duplicate, irrelevant, illegal or unfair-trade content.

5. Content, images and publication rights

Partners and collaborators who submit texts, images, logos or other materials confirm that they have the right to provide them for publication. Visual-material rules are described on the Photo rights and visual content page.

6. Limitation of liability

• The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or technical issues.
• The administrator makes reasonable efforts regarding information accuracy, but cannot permanently guarantee that third-party data is up to date.
• External links are the responsibility of third-party websites.

7. Online payment

The online payment page is available for information, but the online collection function for visitors is currently not active.

8. ANPC, ADR and dispute resolution

Useful consumer information about ANPC and alternative dispute resolution is available on the ANPC / ADR page. The European ODR platform is mentioned only as a historical mechanism because it has been discontinued since 20 July 2025.
