1. Image publishing rules

Photos, logos, graphics and visual materials published on LacColibita.ro may come from own materials, materials submitted by partners/collaborators, licensed content or materials created specifically for the platform.

We do not knowingly accept publishing images for which there is no usage right or publication consent.
Visual materials may be removed, replaced or hidden if questions arise regarding usage rights.
Public credit is displayed where required under the agreement/license.

2. Materials submitted by partners and collaborators

Individuals or companies submitting photos, logos or other materials for listings/profiles confirm that they have the right to submit them for publication on LacColibita.ro and that the materials do not infringe third-party rights.

3. Internal evidence for photos

The platform may keep an internal registry for photos, logos and images, including information about source, rights holder, usage consent, verification status and public credit where applicable.

The complete registry is intended for internal administration and is managed from the admin panel. Publicly, this page explains the general policy without exposing internal documents, contracts or operational data.

4. Reports regarding images

If you believe that an image published on LacColibita.ro belongs to you or infringes a right, send a report to contact@laccolibita.ro with the page link, the image concerned and proof of the claimed right.
