Photo rights and visual content
Public rules regarding photos, logos, images, identifiable people and the internal usage-rights registry.
1. Image publishing rules
Photos, logos, graphics and visual materials published on LacColibita.ro may come from own materials, partner/contributor submissions, licensed content, materials created for the platform or materials accepted under a usage agreement.
- We do not knowingly publish images without a usage right, license or publication consent.
- Visual materials may be removed, replaced or hidden if questions arise regarding copyright, related rights, trademark rights, a person’s image or property rights.
- Public credit is displayed where required by agreement/license or reasonably requested by the author.
- Submission does not guarantee publication; the administrator may select, refuse or remove materials for editorial, technical, legal or quality reasons.
2. Materials submitted by partners, contributors and authors
Individuals or companies submitting photos, logos, video, graphic text or other visual materials confirm that they have the right to provide them for publication on LacColibita.ro and that the materials do not infringe third-party rights.
By submitting materials for review/publication, the sender grants LacColibita.ro a non-exclusive right, free of charge unless otherwise agreed, to review, internally store, technically adapt for web, publish, display and use the materials in the context of the platform, gallery, listings/profiles and local promotion, within the limits of the submitted agreement.
3. Images showing people, minors, properties and brands
- If materials include identifiable people, the sender must ensure that consent or another legal basis exists for submission and publication.
- For minors, consent from the parent/legal representative must be obtained before submission for publication.
- Logos, business names and trademarks are published only in the context of the relevant listing/profile or commercial/editorial agreement.
- Materials made on private property should be submitted only if the sender has the necessary shooting/publication right or permission.
4. Internal evidence for photos
The complete registry is for internal administration and does not publicly expose documents, contracts, operational data or personal information that should not be displayed.
5. Image reports
If you believe that an image published on LacColibita.ro belongs to you or infringes a right, send a report to contact@laccolibita.ro with the page link, image concerned, your capacity and proof of the claimed right. The administrator may temporarily restrict the image pending clarification.
